Caroline Luciani
Meet Caroline Luciani, lead trainer at West Stables and founder of True Grit Performance LLC. Caroline’s journey began at just four years old in the saddle, and by age ten, she discovered her true passion for barrel racing. Her dedication led to multiple state qualifications in youth rodeo and, most recently, her rookie CPRA season in 2023–2024, where she proudly earned her professional card.
From 2021 to 2025, Caroline served as a licensed veterinary technician at a leading equine hospital, gaining extensive knowledge in horse health and performance care. This expertise allows her to approach training with a holistic perspective, ensuring both horse and rider thrive.

Caroline’s own experience as a youth competitor gives her a unique ability to relate to young riders chasing big rodeo dreams. She understands the challenges, the excitement, and the grit it takes—and she’s committed to guiding them through the same journey she once traveled, with confidence, precision, and purpose.
Kendall Harris
Kendall has loved horses and other animals her whole life. Since learning to ride at age 11, she has advanced from weekly pony club sessions on lesson horses to barrel racing at local and regional events on her performance horse Dash. She enjoys sharing her love of horses with kids by creating a safe and engaging environment for young riders. She teaches not only riding skills but also horse care and grooming, with an emphasis on promoting a holistic understanding of horsemanship. She fosters a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where children can build confidence, teamwork, and lifelong friendships.
