Main Barn Stalls

10'x10' stall area connected to a 20'x10' run undercover for a total of 30'x10' undercover. Each stall is equipped with water buckets and fresh water daily. Also includes feed bucket as well. Automatic watering system is soon to be installed. Fresh, soft wood shavings applied daily in stall area only.

Tack Room

Brand new temperature controlled tack room installed late August 2023. 28 Saddle Racks and 30- 4'x3' lockers that are included with full and partial board stall in the barn.

Turnout Paddocks and Pasture board

Shaded pasture board and turn out area. Approximately 50x100'. Each area is slightly different in size. 2-3 horses per area. For pasture board there is access to a round bale 24/7. We supplement hay with horse feed called Producers Cooperative 14% horse pellet. One in the AM and Once in the PM.

Riding Arenas

2 fully lit riding arenas with excellent dirt quality evaluated and approved by Rick Hibler.

New high flow water well installed to supply sprinklers installed for dust control.

Round Pen

Newly built round pen as of 2024 is about 45'. With a large viewing area up top. Excellent lighting conditions
